You are right. Clinton was against the war and avoided the draft. He didnt think any Americans should be there fighting. You may disagree with his views, but he was consistent. On the other hand, Ashcroft says yeah, lets fight this war, let's win this thing, let me know how it all turns out. I would love to go, but I have been called on to serve in the vital occupation of teaching 19 year old marketing students the legal ins and outs of how to form a corporation.
