From The Street Life:

"AMAZON GOING DOWN PART 245.... "Bought a computer from one
of the big guys off the web...worked fine...then they sent
me another one for no reason. Kept them both." Name withheld
upon request. And this: "I paid for 2-day delivery on an
in-stock DVD player on Dec. 19. Amazon said it would be
delivered Dec.22...actually delivered Dec. 26. UPS's fault,
but do I care? Only reason I bought from them in the first
place was the $50 rebate off a purchase of $200 or more. So,
they must have been begging for sales. Plus, they shipped my
DVDs next day air separately at no extra charge. They got
the customer service thing down, but it'll kill any hope of
profits." And this: "I agree with your assessment. Mine was
simpler, but proved they cannot get it right. They wanted
bigtime xmas, but I will go to the mall next year for my
DVDs. I ordered over $100 worth on Dec. 3 to get the free
shipping, 6 DVDs, nothing obscure. They made 4 shipments,
the last one on Dec. 28 so I did not get to have a gift
under the tree for one person (%^&*$), and the shipping was
not free for any of the 4 deliveries. The customer service
e-mails back and forth were polite and they tried to make it
right for me this month, but they just don't get it -- it's
not the cash I want -- I needed the gift! SHEESH. That's
their bread and butter and they could not get that right
even, plus not living up to the hype on the special."

>> yes, you and the herd! Hope you can sell before the herd does!

Oh, what to do about ARBA? Sell at break-even and watch it go up to 120, or hold, and watch it hit the stop-loss at 30 ? Always a dilemma!
