DELL is at 115, AT&T is at 182. So this would put PCCLF right up there with AT&T! The Merrill Lynch 12 month price target for PCCLF was a market cap of about 9 billion dollars from the 7.5 billion at the time of the analysis. Given the craziness that abounds, who knows? My point was, that most "penny stocks" have market caps in the 10-50 million dollar range or less. So you can easily envision a 10 million dollar company expanding to a 1 billion dollar company, for a 100-fold increase. Hartcourt, for example, just went from 0.50 to 10 dollars/share, or a 20-fold increase, and it's market cap is still only 200 Million dollars. But Hartcourt could increase in price 40 fold again, and then it would have a market cap similar to PCCLF, for an overall increase of 800 fold from when it was a penny stock, just to get to where PCCLF is now. So PCCLF is already facing the "law of large numbers". Don't be fooled by the low share price. It is by no means a penny stock. This does not mean that it is a bad investment. I would think of it as a CMGI or Softbank, perhaps at the stage they were at 3-4 months ago. Given the large potential for growth in China, I don't think a doubling of price or even a 3-4 fold increase is out of the question. That's what I'm hoping for, in any case. But I would think that a 20-fold increase is out of the question in the near future, just like I don't think a 20-fold increase is in the cards for CMGI or for Softbank.
