David -- Today's reports by JNPR and AMCC were a good start. Tomorrow we have VTSS and Thursday NT. I believe as long as companies have a diverse customer base, they'll be okay. Anyone who has a large concentration may be at risk. AVNX comes to mind. If anyone has any idea how their WCOM business is going, it would be good to know. They report on Tuesday, the day before SDLI. I love Scott Krien's comment, "We sell our products to Network builders, not Wall Street Analysts." Looking at the good side in all the doom-and-gloom prophesying, at least expectations have been lowered to the point almost any growth is appreciated. How far we've come from NT's "disappointing" 90% growth last quarter. We're not out of the woods, but at least we can see light at the edge of the grimpen. Pat
