As an update, we learned the many carriers intend to spend capital at rates tied to revenue growth. With carriers
like BRW and WCG expected to grow long haul revenue between 30%-35% this year, this kind of data as good
news. from SSB

In such instance, optics, packet: core,edge and specially access will be the main targets of the capex as we ( excluding Sagawa) expected.
