Especially disconcerting since I gave zip codes before signing up, to make certain I wouldn't have trouble where I wanted to use it. Would break up in the middle of the call, that sort of thing (if the call came through). Gave up almost a year ago. Willing to try again when there's enough encouragement. Sorry for the sour grapes. I was prompted by the comment that some are so slow they just don't see clearly. I'm so slow, I didn't hear clearly either ;) dmf
