Oh Boy. GWRX has left the station all right and seems to heading to it's first major stop - delisting from NASDAQ. I know that one of NASDAQ's requirements is that the stock cannot continue to be listed if it trades below a dollar for a certain amount of time. It's below a dollar now. Does anyone know what amount of time that is? Also, if I recall, there some other requirements as well as to total assets and cash flow. If anyone can shed some light on the NASDAQ listing requirements that would be helpful. I think being placed on the OTCBB is the beginning of the end and should be avoided at all costs. Good luck to all GWRX longs.
