Heinz your roadmap timing is interesting. Coincides with the change of command in the White House. Had to expect one more good squeeze for 'ol times sake. I know if I was Bush I'd sure rather start as soon as possible if he's to accomplish 2 complete changes of direction for the "supertanker" ;-)
