I have a special fat laden dish of which we used to partake in the days before the heart surgery .... it is very good and I hate that I've never been able to duplicate (or even come close with low fat) .... I'll hunt it up and post it so that SS can fix it for you ... should you need lard ... MrsTuckers brand is the best ..... that is providing you don't make your own .... but then Nov is hog rendering month .... but only in the correct phase of the moon .... of course ..
