So, a formal bankruptcy is somewhat unlikely, and a liquidation proceeding almost inconceivable, imo.

You forgot to add my (current) favorite Jon Koplik expression:

"It's to big to fail"

Any idea if under that same scenario the groups involved can beat some sense into the pricing scheme? Somehow there has to be an impact on the SPs to lower the freaking per minute charges... otherwise we haven't really fixed the problem, and we'll be right back where we are in another 1 or 2 years.
