Attorney General-designate John Ashcroft said on Wednesday a court decision to split Microsoft Corp. (NasdaqNM:MSFT - news) would have ``substantial consequences,'' but he was not ready to venture an opinion on what he would do with the case now if confirmed.

Basically Ashcroft doesn't care, as long as he still has time to require mandatory school prayer (Christian Protestant of course), require universal gun ownership, jail all the non-whites, and make us dress up in nice clothes and tithe.

Unbiasedly as always,
Dave
