Cereal is something I eat a fair bit of, and it is a product that has always struck me as way too expensive. Must be good margins there. BTW, how can anybody eat that Count Chocula crap? When BK is in full-swing I have no doubt that I will be harvesting my own grain. -g

C'mon- how much does it actually cost to make a box of corn flakes, anyway. About 20 cents, right?

Add 4 oz. of sugar at 20cents a lb. and that's still only 25 cents. Who's making all the jack on that crap anyway? Inquiring minds want to know.

then bake the oats and nuts in honey

mix in the raisins
