VSEA & NVLS employees subpoenaed for fascist SLAPP depositions!

Wow!
The list of employees who have been noticed for depositions some of which will be video taped is truly remarkable. Heading the list at VSEA is J. Tracy O'Rourke, who soon after being served his subpoena resigned! Jim Fair a former subordinate of Mr. O'Rourke at Varian when the weeks invasive bathroom video taping of unsuspecting men, women and children took place becomes the first NVLS Director to be deposed and because of new information will now have his testimony video taped.

VSEA drops AGAIN as it's lawsuit nightmare worsens!

While a number of it's employees wait to be deposed, the non-stop legal assault continues it's drive toward the truth. On the 16th of this month, the two anti-SLAPP attorneys filed their opening briefs in the Sixth Appellate Case against the fascist Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk SLAPP. Check out the march to freedom!
