TA, True.
The stocks that have experienced little or no slowdown are good buys.
In addition, FED easing is very significant.

Of course tax cuts will play into this as well.

I also think the PC stocks will rally soon. IMHO, Dell will buy Gateway (just saw some analyst on CNBC say the same thing). Would be a good deal for both companies...just seems to easy to predict. Dell gets an outlet at Gateway stocks and makes it easier to get Dell PCs.
I am long Gateway.

Broadband buildout will eventually lead to PC demand pickup.
In general we have a good environment for techs and big cap financials that are positively affected by interest rate cuts.
Defensive stocks are being sold for good reason...profit taking and finding better opportunities elsewhere.
