Fact is that Dubya got 500,000 votes less than Gore in this election. Fact is that USSC had no business telling a state court how to interpret state election law. Fact is that the Supreme Court appointed Bush when he failed to get the necessary votes to win. Fact is that Clinton would have waxed Bush, Sr. with or without Perot (read my lips - the public did not want Bush to be Prez for a second term - it was the economy, stupid). Fact is Clinton is wildly popular, and efforts to get rid of him (which was all the GOP did for 8 years as far as I can tell) were not. Fact is that his wife may one day be your president. And I for one can't wait to see the look on your right wing faces when that happens.
