Unfortunately it hard for me to find anything regarding the AVNT legal issues but I'll figure it out over the next week. The reason the stock is going up is simple. It is going up in the same pattern it has done 6 other times since 1996. It is purely technical but certainly has the fundamentals to keep it going up until at least $37.50 when I'm going to sell it. I can certainly understand why you wouldn't buy the stock though without the full picture of the company. I don't do true full research on my companies and mostly rely on the company's earnings history as well as brokers future estimates.
