Amy, I agree with your post. We are limited by our collective information. I think this is the 6th most bookmarked thread on SI, so there are probably many folks that lurk, that could contribute information we don't have. It's a shame that mostly they don't. As for me, I don't even know what a tantalum capacitor is. I've spent most of my life working for manufacturers that sell products through national retail chains, so I can add value there, if it comes up. Many others have more important pieces of information. But I don't know how you go about filling all the information holes. Still one of the better threads on SI. Could it be better, yes. John
