I didn't lose, Bush did. And I am over it -- but with all due respect, I intend to spend a decent part of the next four years reminding people who make outlandish claims about what Dubya's election means that he is the first President (i) to lose the popular vote by a half million votes and still sit in the White House, because (ii) the Supreme Court's conservative block effectively appointed him to the position when the voters evidenced a contrary intent, but Bush fought a scorched earth legal battle to prevent legal votes from being counted.

If nothing else, those who supported Gore have the right to remind those who didn't about the truth regarding this election and who got more votes in it. If you don't like it, too bad.
