I'm sure there were. It's standard operating procedure at every public high tech company. It is usually buried so deep it takes a half hour or so to find it and get posted.

Intel took the cake this quarter- they sold one company they held a majority stake in to ANOTHER company they held a majority stake in. That accounted for 100% of the "penny" they beat the estimates by. When moving money from the back pocket to your front pocket can make your stock go up, they'd have to be crazy not to try and get away with it at least once..
