Hi Betty, I agree that this is a very important article. It is the first that I have ever read that separates the synchrotron from point source XRL. Most lump them both together. I was emailed the link by another JMARian. The article was part posted from this web site: semiconductor.net This article will be prominent in the next Master Links List. It is exactly what we needed to get the point across that JMAR is in a most enviable situation. They killed off synchrotron and all that is left is point source XRL, and guess who is the world's leader? JMAR and Sal. And who just hooked up to integrate their technologies? JMAR and Sal. WOW!
