RE: Another large percentage move brings WEL back to near half a buck. With the refinancing, Prudential will govern the stock price.

When WEL decides to make a move, it sure isn't shy is it.

As they did while on the run from Kuwait in 1991, Iraqi forces have set oil field fires. This time it is one of their own fields. CNN's Richard Blystone traveled to the Rumaila oil field in southern Iraq and brought back this report.
