I'm pretty stunned IBM made their numbers.

IMVHO, the only reason was because SUNW can't get their UltraSparc III out and IBM is selling a shitload of the competing servers. I mean they are really selling 'em. This probably completely accounts for the revenue hit (something IBM hasn't done in a long time).

It's what CNBC said, and that is all that matters. How many J6P people are going to read the sec filings or listen to the conference call?

All they need to know is that Sue Herara is getting hot and bothered everytime she mentioned IBM. And that's all the encouragement the trained monkey needs in order to poop!
