<GlobalstarLP shareholders heavily and set a new price per minute of 20c with 10c a minute to Globalstar LP. Bond holders get shares instead of debt. The exclusivity agreements, management agreements etc get a good reaming out. >

.... and for God's sake.. Make the phones Bright Yellow Imprint the words DEWALT on the side of them and sell them at Home Depot!! Only DEWALT can take a $9 dollar, 2 pound AM/FM Boom Box (NOT EVEN A CASSETTE PLAYER).. modify it to weigh 10 pounds, paint it BRIGHT YELLOW and sell it for $100.. And have "guys" gawking at them.. "Whoaaa!! I'd like to get one of those baby's!"

Maurice,

You are right, Nextwave didn't claim ignorance, but they sure as heck demonstrated a lack of knowledge and intelligence regarding the risks of playing a high stakes game of poker. Those games are better suited for folks with bigger wallets, a better understanding of the rules, and sometimes a card or two up their sleeve. They had none of the above, and blamed their failure on everybody but themselves. Their story reminds me of what the character Nicky from the movie Casino said......... "and in the end, we f*cked it all up".

I should have known better than to open this can of worms, but the fraudulent conveyance scheme mentioned here wrt G* hit my hot button. I'm better now.
