There is a competition between JNPR and CSCO that goes beyond selling products to customers. It is about perception of leadership. JNPR launched a missle across the bow of CSCO yesterday. And I am not talking about the numbers, I am talking about the comments. CSCO's forward guidance is predictable from here. And I don't doubt the verity of it either. The perception competition won't be won this quarter. For now, I believe that they will both benefit. This game still has a few more innings.
