That's exactly what stopped my research. When I found that they had IPO'ed 20% of the company, and the CEO closely holds the rest, I became hesitant. It appears that the only reason that the IPO for the 20% occurred was to enable options offerings to employees, so as to keep them on board in this expertise challenged industry.

Having so much of the company in one set of hands concerns me as an investor (even though the fundamentals are very becoming). Still, I put in a small buy order in my Roth account (where I'll buy to hold more lightly than the taxable account) Thursday at $22, that came within 75 cents of executing. Right now it's $40 after hours. Nearly 100% in a week is hard to get these days, no matter who's controlling the shares <ggg>.
