shawnwolff, "I feel someone is willing to "push" the stock even if it is still
within the range"

That part I can share now. Most people do the obvious. They are looking for
stocks that have broken out of a range to the upside. I don't feel the big money
wants to show its' hand before it has to. Then they don't mind running it up, they
are loaded. The scan is the best kind = simple. Then the stalking, tape reading
begins. Is the stock being accumulated under the radar?

It will be in your email. I will share it with those that want to see it, but I don't want to
post it to the world.

"Concrete criteria"? Hmmmm Is there concrete criteria at this stage of accumulation?
By the time there is concrete criteria everyone sees it. When I'm right on these small
stocks I want to be a double by then.

Then there are the ones like CITI my $4 tax loss dog at $2.
