First, there is quite an increase from 99 to 00 in the amount of the "all other loss". My guess is that the total "all other" loss for 00 of 2,591 includes 1,695 of amortized acquisition related cost plus acquired software in process. This item increased by enough from 99 to pretty well explain the big increase in the "all other" loss. Since the amortization of acquisition intangibles is an accounting construct I don't make anything concrete of it. Hopefully, a cpa or m&a participant can shed some light.
