i'm sorry to say i'm having a tough time getting my head around any of those three fights.

very casually speaking...

i will be tuning in with the hope that mayweather defeats corrales. why, you ask? because corrales is so good. i feel a case of underdogitis coming on for that one. a prediction would be meaningless at this time.

gatti-delahoya.... wow!! i like 'em both. can you tell me who is moving up and/or who is moving down? i'm not immediately clear on their respective weights. my early feeling in this one is gatti. but any extended thinking on this match produces big unanswered questions.... like is the golden boy going to be a fighter when he grows up, or a singer? inquiring fans want to know. and can gatti stop being such a catcher long enough to land the big punch we all know he packs? or, as i alluded to the other day, will gatti bleed so much he'll make the residents of bayonne, new jersey forget about their hometown hero, chuck wepner? a prediction? gatti loses 2 pints and delahoya doesn't move his hands enough in the final two rounds. to be continued. <g>

tyson-byrd? this'll disturb you.... i don't care.

:)
