I would assume that after this the SEC would go after Corazzi and LVEN for attempting to use Countryland Wellness' "assets" to finance the Jackpot takeover in October 1999. I haven't seen anything to this effect yet. Hopefully there will be.

lol, what a hoot!! Though I wonder why they omitted to mention the $1.1 billion in Indonesian bank guarantees. The ones that generate 9% interest daily.

C. Countryland also lacks adequate internal controls, because it maintains no accounting system whatsoever to record company transactions.
