Dollar sales are the same, so the manufacturer has not become more productive. If the increase in computer power has made the buyer more productive, it will show up in his own sales numbers.

David, you are making a brave effort to explain the real impact of hedonic pricing to the thread, but I am afraid it will fall on deaf ears. I know, I have tried already many times. It's very hard to argue with conspiracy theorists.
