Actually on that balance sheet the LT debt is $3.629 million + the current portion, which is an additional $2.565 million. That is nowhere close to the $473 million figure in the article, and they have nearly $500 million in cash. Was the OnDisplay acquisition done after the quarter? That might have changed the picture.
