Hi Pat, A little OT but would welcome anyone's opinion. I was listening to Market Watch on NPR on the way home today and a commentator remarked that Bush's cabinet selections were basically all old economy people. They come from big industries that do better exporting with a weak dollar. He felt that the strong dollar had helped foreign investment, and consequently the stock market. He also inferred that they may not fight as hard for open trade. I hope that his interpretation is wrong. Sigh... just another thing to be concerned about. Lets hope that the new administration establishes a good relationship with China, as a lot of my holdings do business with them.
