I'd buy in too but why is the spread so large on a stock with fairly good volume?

If they can keep up their track record to date, the price
should adjust to a normal PE ratio. They seem to be way
undervalued at this price. Also institutional investment
is increasing. This may be due to the small cap listing and
their record of growing earnings over the last 2 years.
CATS is in an excellent position to grow new long time
customers with this tight parts market, if they can concentrate on keeping their new & existing customers happy.
Purchasing agents remember who helped them through the lean times and who didn't.
I would like to see them trading in at least a PE ratio
of 15-20, even though I think, with their growth a PE of 30 would be more in line IMHO.
