Ron, as per the post 2 editions previously, the only question I am open to discussing is whether or not the electrical industry is imposing its will on the people. No merits about this, no suppositions, no reasons, causes nor effects are on the debating table. I pointed out I am not interested in any finger pointing nor any consequences of not obeying the industry's obviously coercive actions. Plain and simple, are they or are they not using force to bully the People of California? Until you have addressed this question of organized, strong-arm coercion, which actions speak for themselves as regards just who will be the beneficiary, I will remain silent on this topic.
