Thanks Frank!... I found out about Martin's post from a person who posted on the thread I recented started about Nuclear power: Subject 50614 That's how I found my way over here to inflict my opinionated views uponst you all... :0) And you're right.. this is serious. And Bush is going to turn energy policy into a major issue and California will prove to be the poster child for all that has been wrong with the Clinton administration's decisions regarding energy development in the US.
