How is that press release hype? AJIC did in fact agree to publish the article on Zicam and Gum Tech reported that fact in the press release. To me, hype implies that you blow something out of proportion, or intentionally make something sound better than it is with the goal of deceiving someone. In the context of hyping a stock, you are implying that someone is intentionally exaggerating something in an attempt to make the stock go up. How does reporting a material fact fit that definition? Or perhaps you have a different definition for hype? Besides, how many press releases has Gum Tech issued since that one? Would you consider any press releases after that one hype?
