Joe: p = 500 / 7.5 = $66.66, which is the price of Duron
and $133.33 price of Athlon

Sounds plausible to me. Athlon may be a tiny bit higher and Duron a tiny bit lower.

Sounds reasonable. My model was shot to hell by AMD's linear pricing scheme, which completely invalidated my algorithm for calculating bin splits (sold).

Joe
that is tough call considering that Jerry said that there were not enough t-birds (=extra premium) and too many durons (= extra discount)
