Seems to me that Intel has contracted with Microsoft to sell them low margin P-IIIs for the X-box which need to be capable of running OK without a cooling fan. This sounds like .13u to me. How does this affect Intels first .13u production? Seems like it's committed to low margin chips?
In reality maybe Intel isn't that far ahead of AMD on at least the $ benefits of .13u.?
Also, Q3 seems more like it for .13u...not Q2...
