Current Athlon prices according to Pricewatch: 1.20: $261 1.10: $224 1.00: $174 0.95: $154 0.90: $128 Compare this to with October 12 prices (which I happened to write down): 1.10: $633 1.00: $383 0.95: $319 0.90: $226 0.85: $158 The distribution would have to be skewed VERY much towards the high frequency parts for AMD to get close to their Q4 (Athlon) ASP. The 1.3GHz intro would shore up ASPs, but how early in the quarter will it be released? -fyo
