Typically, Rambus is outselling DDR by a factor of 4 or 5 times.

That's not saying much, since the DDR motherboard have been on the market for only about a week or 2, with only Micron selling quantities of DDR based systems. I think DDR will overtake RDRAM in 2001.

And all these comparisons are only for PC main memory. As far as total DDR vs. RDRAM, DDR probably already outsells RDRAM because of DDR use in graphics cards.
