I wonder how these frequent blackouts will affect Silicon Valley companies including JNPR.

Most have reserve generators in the Valley to avoid the problems. I'm not sure about Juniper in specific, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were set.

pass pass, Good point, though most engineers don't operate by a 9-5 schedule and development can be done during any time of the day from virtually anywhere (with exception to those that need to be in the lab.) . Unless full scale, longer term outages become prevalent, the effects will be minimal to nonexistent imo. tp
