It's pretty funny how the P3 can't utilize DDR or RDRAM for increased performance, while on the other hand, the P4 will probably require the dual-channel RDRAM to maintain any semblence of performance. How bad is a SDRAM based P4 going to be???

VIA chip sets are consistently slower than Intel's - yet they have a very bad reputation for incompatibility and instability.

I'll bet lots of folks buy them - just because "it ain't Intel and it's CHEAPER!"

(Until you add in the cost of the PC2100 SDRAM !)
