Bruce--

It might be a nice exercise for each of the companies listed on the G&K index and the W&W index for the group to follow along with each CC over the quarters as they roll by.

Super suggestion. I have only just begun following i2, with the idea of dipping my toe in the waters with a "starter kit."

This CC gave me a snapshot, but it would be terrific to be able to put that in a longer time frame. Unless the i2'ers had specifically mentioned that they had previously not provided guidance--only remarks on "visibility" going forward--I would have been unaware of the change. This holds for many of the business aspects covered--the shift to private from public marketplaces, etc.

Perhaps we could think of the CC's in two parts: the actual call and then an analysis, of the kind you provided, of the trends, both those that show up in the numbers and those that are somewhat more masked.

re: I am going to dig through the Intel report and post some of the numbers here.

If Intel breaks out revenues and earnings for flash, I would be very interested in the results. I am also interested in any specific guidance Intel may have given for its flash business going forward. There is a new thread on SI that will be attempting to put together some flash market share data for the various players after the CC's this quarter.

Best, Huey
