VIGN down 40% Shares in Vignette Corp. (NasdaqNM:VIGN - news) slumped in pre-opening trading on Thursday after the Web content management company lowered its outlook for the first quarter and full year and said it would cut its work force because of an expected slowdown in U.S. technology spending. The Austin, Texas-based company issued its cloudy forecast as it reported fourth-quarter results that matched Wall Street forecasts. Its core results broke even, compared with a core loss of $2.7 million in the same quarter of 1999.

The company said core revenue grew 203 percent, to $123.9 million from $40.9 million in the year-ago period.

Screaming buy here IMO!!

Huck ...

I was fortunate when I quit smoking ....
really didn't have a BAD habit as I only consumed 6 to 8 packs per day of straight Camels .... ggggg

but several of my buddies paid for and went to a motivational seminar in Dallas ...

all of them did the same thing and it worked ...
got a BIG THICK rubber band ... not a little tensie one ... a big one and wore it on their wrist ...
when the urge to smoke hit ...
the ONLY way they could lite up was to
POP the rubber band ...
and
POP it with at least a 3inch pull from the wrist...

didn't take too long as to lessen the desire
