At most, all I can say, is the number I heard this morning was different.

Without a forensic accountant, it's impossible to know with any certainty exactly
what goes into Capex; and how much is cash vs non-cash.

I still agree with Zeev's point. $1B Capex sounds likes a bit of a stretch for a company
the size of AMD.

Not really. $1B is what AMD will have on books and what is going into the CPU biz. The other $0.5B is from flash and is off AMD's books (comes from the FASL JV).

So, the real number depends how things are being counted.
