PMCO...looks like others are starting to notice too...manic volume starting to come into it, part of that from institutional buying over the last few days and I found this info on it:

Take a look at the volume over the last few days:

PMCO...they were filling buys all morning on the bid...I had an order in to buy more at the .1875 and they filled me in several small partial fills...got most of my order....now it looks like they're filling them at the ask.
