Brian,

While I understand your concern, as long as Roberts stays active above templeton we do not need a CEO. He is in essence acting as a CEO with the COO title. Roberts is very much a presence in this company and knows how to run it. The conference call yesterday was the first time these guys have been insightful, personal and upbeat since Roberts left in early 1999. Things are very much on the way up.

On another note, I think one of the biggest problems with Templetons management style is he got very very conceited with his resellers. I had a meeting with my IT guy last week and he went over the arrogance that CTXS had become, but he said they have done alot of backtracking to make up with the resellers they basically pushed out the door.

Roberts can get things done, but I would rather see a buyout as I do not think we can see our full potential underneath the microsoft cloud. IBM would be the perfect acquirer.
