Paul, EFNT has been infected with cancer. The company projects current quarter rev to be similar to the last just reported. As you know, they blamed the decline last quarter on 2 major customers failing to place orders. While rev from the rest of the customers increased by 25%. Now, this quarter is flat. In other words, the 2 major customers do not return with orders (I think they left for good) and other existing customers are buying less. And what will happen to the $90 million in inventories (up from $30 million in the Sept quarter)? Write-off of course. All the bad signs are there.

Regards,

Tom

Paul, shorting SONS at about 35 and bought a bunch of 30 puts for less than the price of a plain hamburger. I'm a friend of the chef. I think he'll serve me and my wife a 12-course meal instead. The hamburgers are for the kids.

Regards,

Tom
