I agree with you on a couple of things.

* The company will recover. (The balance sheet is strong. Their competitive positioning is good. The addressable market will continue to grow rapidly.)
* Management has executed reasonably well.
* A P/S of around 3 is low for this company on the assumption that it will recover.

As for backlog, the CEO said that there were $50M in deals that did not close in Q4. He characterized the status of the deals as past the point of the customer making the decision to buy the VIGN solution. If they get most of those deals, I would htink that $100M in Q1 is easily doable.

The management is notorious for providing very conservative guidance. Hopefully for VIGN longs that will prove to be th ecase for this year's revised guidance.
