Ol' Billy boy sure was lucky with respect to the econony. I mean lets face it, nothing he did (or didn't do) had anything to do with it. IMO he reaped the benefits of the previous Republican administrations and was just in the right place at the right time.

<It'll set the stage for a big Democratic win in 2004 - Hillary!>

Right. You can start by adding up what the Billary regime cost -er, Gored- the taxpayers.

Let's see:
-Hilarious Hillary's attempted health care coup d'etat...can't fathom a guess.
-Ken Starr & Monicagate, White Water...does at least 100mil. sound right?
-Janet Reno & Bills thrashing of Microsoft...does another 100mil. sound right?

Far as most people can tell, all it got us was the beginning of the collapse of the stock market and a wet cigar.

Now Bill is pardoning Michael Milken, since the ex-prez is moving to NY.

Weren't you the guy who was on his knees with guilt over your stock market excesses, and now these people are your heroes?
